Capstone Statement of Intent
I want to create a website, poster, power point, video, and Google sketch for my capstone project, which will cover the effect of exercise on brain activity. Although America is one of the richest countries, we have the most uneducated and fat people in our land. America worries so much about education and wellness, but no one has ever contributed on promoting exercise and hardcore studying. It is useless to give ideas and put no effort on it. The idea is that through exercise, chemicals in our brain such as neurons or blood runs fast which helps focus and relax better while performing other activities. I will be making a thorough video of the brain cycle and posting it on the website and power point.
My capstone will cover what exercise will do to make our brain work efficiently and the cycles brain goes through as you are exercising (Age group covers elementary to college) Not only it will give the person healthy life but also ease up the learning process (for students). My current plan is to make a website that contains the brain cycles i will draw from Google sketch and the video i will make showing the cycle and the conclusion made through experiment. Using the poster i will cover the effective way of exercising and how brain processes when we are exercising. Power point will be used to give extra illustration and explanation of brain activity while exercising and what helps in easing up the learning process.

Sharing photography and music is not a problem however for profit it would be some what difficult to settle for an answer. It is best to leave it to the law but when it comes to moral and thoughts it might now be the clear cut answer for many. I believe paying for what they will earn and people who wants to use the music should be paying money for the things they are going to be using for whatever they need.
